Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Growth & Expansion
    • Develop and execute actionable strategies to expand the customer base and identify new business opportunities aligned with market trends.
  2. Sales Leadership & Target Achievement
    • Proactively drive sales growth by identifying and converting new leads while nurturing existing client relationships to exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
  3. Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis
    • Conduct in-depth market research to analyze trends, customer needs, and competitor activities; prepare insightful reports and action plans to inform strategic decisions.
  4. Proposal & Tender Management
    • Source materials, compile quotes, tenders, and proposals tailored to client requirements, ensuring compliance with company standards and competitive pricing.
  5. Innovation & Sustainability Integration
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to innovate new products/services, embedding sustainability principles to support long-term business growth.
  6. Operational Support & Cross-Functional Coordination
    • Assist managers in operational tasks, project coordination, and team collaboration to ensure seamless execution of business objectives.
  7. Agility in Task Execution
    • Adapt to dynamic priorities, managing ad-hoc responsibilities with efficiency and professionalism.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Specialization in Innovation or Sustainability is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in Marketing, Business Development, or Project Management, preferably within IT/Automation solutions or a technology-driven sector.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is advantageous.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Core Competencies:
    • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to thrive in high-pressure environments, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
    • Strong organizational and time-management capabilities, with a results-driven mindset.
