Due to our business extension, we are looking for high caliber individual for the following position:

Infrastructure Service - Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle deployment, maintenance, upgrade and support of all IT infrastructure including IP Phone system
• Collect and analyse user requirement, perform feasibility study and prepare documentation
• Perform L2/L3 incident management, service request fulfilment and problem management
• Perform quality assurance before infrastructure changes go into production environment
• Perform Infrastructure Identity Access Management, conduct regular users’ access review
• Assist the development of system disaster recovery plans

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor ’s degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or other related disciplines
• 1+ years of IT experience, knowledge with retail is a plus
• Hands-on experience on Palo Alto, VMware, Nutanix or Veeam backup is an advantage
• Technical understanding of infrastructure technologies
• Team player, self-motivated and good interpersonal skills
• Detail-minded, committed to work and able to work independently
