Due to our business extension, we are looking for high caliber individual for the following position:

Retail Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Overseeing daily operations of the retail store, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
• Leading and motivating retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service
• Formulate retail business plan and report to Top Management to drive productivity improvement, customer service & revenue growth
• Monitor and take steps to optimize KPIs related to sales, revenue and staff cost
• Maintain store operations standard & procedures in compliance to Company policy and set up infrastructure for retail operations
• Monitoring inventory levels, conducting regular stock assessments and coordinating with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels
• Implementing merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and appeal
• Analyzing sales data and implementing sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
• Manage and motivate retail staff, providing coaching and support for professional development
• Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional events and campaigns
• Collaborate with the store’s visual merchandiser to create appealing product displays
• Prepare retail strategy planning and monitor new store opening
• Keep updated retail trends for continual feedback and improvement

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
• At least 8-10 experience as a retail manager or a store manager
• A self-motivated individual with excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, strategic planning and staff development are essential
• In-depth knowledge of retail operations and inventory management
• Strong knowledge in Luxury Retail, Supply Chain, Sourcing and Manufacturing industries
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team leadership
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must
• Willing to work on shift
