Executive Summary

Our client is a globally recognized luxury brand known for its uncompromising quality, performance-driven outerwear and dedication to craftsmanship. To cater their expansion and new stores launching in Macau, they are seeking for experienced the Store Manager who has strong retail background, you will be the driving force behind an exceptional luxury retail experience. You’ll lead a passionate team, ensure elevated client engagement, and maintain operational excellence—all while embodying the spirit and values of the brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the store team to achieve sales targets, deliver outstanding customer service, and uphold brand standards.
• Represent the brand with integrity, authenticity, and passion in every interaction.
• Maintain luxury-level visual merchandising and in-store presentation, ensuring an immersive and elevated environment.
• Drive clienteling strategies to build long-lasting relationships and repeat business.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and implement actionable improvement plans.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing, cohesive team.
• Ensure compliance with operational policies, inventory control, loss prevention, and safety procedures.
• Act as the liaison between corporate leadership and the store, sharing insights and feedback.

Qualifications & Skills

• Higher Diploma or bachelor’s degree holder of retail, business management or other relevant subjects.
• Minimum of 5 years’ retail management experience in luxury or premium fashion brand.
• Proven track record of driving sales performance and building high-impact teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and Cantonese or Mandarin preferred.
• Deep understanding of luxury customer expectations and clienteling best practices.
• Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented, with a passion for creating unforgettable store experiences.
• Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and peak retail seasons as needed.
