| -Responsibilities
Reporting to the Group General Manager, you are tasked to oversee and supervise the day to day store operations, which include staff management, customer relationship management and merchandising. As a Boutique Manager, you are responsible to implement and execute strategies that will meet profitability objectives. Your other responsibilities include administering effective inventory control, generating business reports, market analysis and achieving sales targets.
-Requirements
You are a qualified degree holder with at least 5 years of experience in managing store operations within the luxury fashion industry. With fluency in both English and Mandarin, well groomed and matured, you must have excellent communication and presentation skills.
The incumbent must be able to work on public holidays, weekends and on rotating shifts.
