崗位職責： l 制定手術計劃：包括手術方法、步驟和預期效果 l 負責在手術室中進行手術操作 l 對患者進行隨訪，確保手術傷口癒合良好，監測有無術後併發症 l 與麻醉醫生、護理人員及其他專科醫生協作，確保患者在手術過程中的安全 l 與患者及其家屬進行有效的溝通，解釋手術的風險、好處和替代方案 任職要求： l 持有澳門衛生局認可的有效外科醫生執照 l 工作細心及對病人有耐性 l 工作積極主動、具團隊精神及責任感 l 具良好服務態度及溝通能力 l 有整型外科經驗優先 |
