### **Assistant Manager/Senior Officer - Distribution & Supply Chain**
#### **Job Responsibilities:**
1. **Lead New Approvals:** Independently prepare, submit, and complete new type approval applications.
2. **Stay Ahead of Regulations:** Regularly monitor local and global regulatory changes to ensure compliance.
3. **Collaborate with OEMs:** Communicate effectively with OEM partners regarding regulations and homologation matters.
4. **Analyze Market Trends:** Compose monthly market statistics and analysis reports while maintaining a comprehensive databank of market data.
5. **Coordinate Production Needs:** Prepare Monthly Production Rundown & Order Requests for the Distribution Team and OEM.
6. **Manage Systems Efficiently:** Oversee and maintain the Macau Vehicle Sales and Stock System (Autoline).
7. **Support Ad-Hoc Projects:** Assist in various reports and projects as required.
#### **Skills and Experience Required:**
1. **Educational Background:** Degree holder in Business or Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines.
2. **Relevant Experience:** 2-3 years of experience in a sales administration function.
3. **Attention to Detail:** Detail-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. **Language Proficiency:** Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
5. **Driving License:** Holder of a valid driving license is highly preferred.
6. **Technical Skills:** Excellent command of PC applications and experience in statistical analysis.
