 Job853.com reserves the right to the services provided.
 The services Job853.com provided shall only be available to recruitment company or advertisers (hereinafter called "Registered Company") and job seeker. Behaviours of these three parties shall be subject to the below agreement.If you do not accept this agreement, you could not become a member of Job853.com. This agreement is binding upon your acceptance.Job853.com may reserve the right to revise this agreement and notice the member later. Your access to the website and the services will be terminated upon your notice to the Job853.com that any change is unacceptable; otherwise your continued use shall constitute your acceptance of all changes and they shall be binding upon you. 

Ⅰ. Terms Of User Service 
 
 General Rules: This website is only a communication platform between companies and applicants. Not any service relations are involved between any companies and applicants.

 1. Users(Job seeker)
 Job seeker agrees that he/she shall only use Job853.com for job-hunting purposes. Job seeker may send his/her resume directly to any employer who advertises on or through this website. Unless there is some illegal information on the resume of job seekers,otherwise Job853.com won't make any amendments. This website will not disclose the personal data of the individual members without their consent to any person or unit other than the registered enterprise members. Individual members must bear all the risks occured by sending their personal data to the registered enterprise members or other users of this website. Job853.com is not responsible in any way for any dispute between any enterprise(whether inside Macau or not) and job seekers.

2. User (Registered Company) 
 Registered Employer shall be entitled as a Registered Member of Job853.com and use the website to advertise job vacancies and/or create their own web page on the website for a predetermined period upon the confirmation and receiving of required service fee. Registered Member is authorized to access the database of Job853.com for services inquiries but agrees that all information obtained shall only be used for the purpose of obtaining and assessing the suitability of Jobseekers. Registered Company shall be responsible for the contents and materials contained in its advertisement and/or web page. Job853.com reserves the right to edit information of Registered Employer accordingly. Job853.com reserves the right to adjust the service fee or institute new charges appropriately. Job853.com reserves the right to terminate or suspend the entitlement of any Registered Employer if such refuses to agree on the adjustment or new charges of service fee. Such action does not constitute any infringement damages and shall be exempt from all claims.

3. Prohibited Uses to the provisions of this Agreement : (applicable to Job seekers and Registered Company)
Jobseeker and Registered Company are prohibited to use Job853.com for any of the following purposes. Jobseeker shall not post(or e-mail) any incomplete or inaccurate information. Jobseeker shall not attempt to acquire information which is not related to the job position. Employer shall not attempt to acquire any information of Job seekers which is not related to resume. All users shall not print, download, copy or use any personal identifiable information from other users. Without the consent of specific user, any of the above operations are strictly prohibited. All users shall not delete or revise any registered information posted by any other person or entity. All users are prohibited in violating or attempting to violate the security of Job853.com,including logging into a server or account without authorization,attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network, attempting to interfere with service to any user, host or network , sending unsolicited e-mail, including promotions and/or advertising of products or services. Violations of system or network security may result in civil and/or criminal liabilities. All users shall not use the website for transmitting, distributing or storing material in violation of any applicable law or regulation, or in any manner that may infringe the copyright, trademark, trade secrets or other intellectual property rights of others or violate the privacy or publicity. All messages or information that contains or is libelous, obscene, threatening, abusive or hateful are strictly prohibited.

Trademarks： The trademarks of Job853.com（"澳門人才網"、"Job853.com"）are authorized to and owned by Links Recruitment. Trademarks of cooperating partners of Job853.com are owned by the cooperating parties. Any legal persons, other organizations and individuals are not allowed to use any of the foregoing trademarks without permission.

Ⅲ. Responsibilities and Obligations

Job853.com does not need to monitor its website at all times but reserves the right to do so. All users shall acknowledge and agree that they are fully responsible for the form, content and accuracy of any resume, links and web page or material contained therein. Job853.com shall not be responsible for the content of any other web sites which are related to its own website. Job853.com does not warrant that any resume, advertisement or web page will be viewed by any specific number of users or that it will be viewed by any specific user. Job853.com does not warrant that the website and its server will operate error-free, free of viruses or not suffer any mechanical problems. If users have encountered situations like repairing, replacing equipment or data lost when using Job853.com,the website shall not be responsible for any of those damages and losses. All users shall agree to secure and protect the benefits of all Job853.com members, and are committed to its directors, employees and agents from and against any claims arising from or resulting from their use of the website or their breach of the terms of this Agreement. Job853.com shall provide prompt notice of any such claim, suit or proceeding to the relevant user.

Ⅷ. Terms of Limited Liability

Claims arising from users of Job853.com shall be limited to the amount of the existing service fee.

Ⅸ. Applicable Provisions of Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is subject to the legal interpretation of Macau Special Administrative Region of The People's Republic of China; both Job853.com and users must observe the jurisdiction of the Macau Special Administrative Region of The People's Republic of China. In case the relevant provisions of this Agreement and the laws of Macau Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China occurs in any legal conflicts, the provisions of relevant laws will be re-interpreted, while other provisions shall still be put into effect to the user.
