Practice Manager – Operations / People & Culture

- Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (written and verbal).
- Willingness to embrace technology.

PREQUISITES. WHAT IT TAKES TO JOIN.
- At least 5 years of experience in management roles related to office operations and HR.
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience.
OTHER PREFERRED QUALIFICATION. WHAT WILL BE A BONUS.
- Experience with ISO Quality Management System.
- LCCI Certification
- CM Certification
- PMP Certification
PRIMARY DUTIES. PEOPLE & CULTURE / OPERATIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES, THE FUN PART AND YOUR MAIN FORTE
- Leads the Practice’s operations, providing support to the team and directors.
- Lead the administrative team to ensure duties are executed on time.
- Oversee daily practice operation and ensure smooth operation
- Manage scheduling, coordination, logistics of meetings, appointments and office events.
- People and Culture management. Foster and maintain a positive office culture and work environment.
· Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for new staff.
- Perform proper document filing and control for traceability.
- Take initiative in implementing and fine-tune processes and procedures to improve efficiency
- Execute constructive cost control to achieve effective cost saving for the company.
- Assist in the preparation of the budget, keep track of expenses, and report on financial performance.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll updates, including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.
- Liaison with external vendors to ensure effective operation of the practice.
