- 精通JAVA語言；
- 具備複雜業務系統開發經驗，能獨立完成分布式系統架構設計；
- 對各種數據庫有深入理解及項目開發經驗；
- 具備大數據分析能力；
- 精通普通話及內地習慣用語；
- 具備較強的溝通能力，能快速、高效地與內地科技公司進行準確溝通與交流；
- 擁有良好的學習能力；
- 熟悉內地頭部企業的企業文化和產品覆蓋範圍；
- 對內地科技企業有一定了解；
- 有內地科技大廠工作經驗者優先。
職位工作職責 :
- 進行公司業務需求調研；
- 參與自研業務系統開發；
- 負責外購系統對接開發，管理供應商代碼、執行代碼質量檢查；
- 配合集團完成系統對接及二次開發，包括C-SMART系統、OA系統、BIM平台等；
- 幫助公司數字化轉型；
- 其他數字化有關工作；
