Main purpose of the Job
To manage and take responsibility of the day to day delivery of Retailer Coordination for assigned Retailers and ensure the effective delivery of the Retail Coordination, client liaison and supervision of other staff on the project. Provide support management to your Retail Coordination Manager, and complete other tasks associated to the Retail Coordination as determined by the Retail Coordination of our client’s shopping mall project.
This position is work under the Project Management team at our client's facilities based in Macau. This position is a fixed term employment which will be ended in June 2015.
Key Responsibilities / Duties
· Deliver the best possible outcomes from investment and expenditure, to the expected standards whilst maintaining business continuity and customer satisfaction that responds to the business need.
· Provide support to the Project Manager, and assist in delivering small sized projects, and professional assignments, in either new build or live operating business environments.
· Ability to take a simple brief from a Project Manager and help deliver project solutions that support the project outcome.
· Provide project activity coordination, reviewing all current and planned project activity, tracking resources assigned to each project, and liaison with customers to ensure minimal impact to Client.
· Assessment of project delivery success from an operational and customer perspective.
· Develop capability in application of ECH processes and tools.
Person Specification / Qualifications
· Recognised degree in Building, Project Management or relevant discipline preferable
· Member of Professional Association preferable
· Proven track record with relevant experience (likely to be at least two years)
· Require good competency in communication and planning experiences
· Good spoken and Written in English and Cantonese
· Proficient in using MS Applications
· Immediate available is preferred
