IT support Technician Salary range: 15 - 22K Responsibilities: - Provide on-site end-user tech support
- Support network infrastructure and application
- Conduct device hardware/sofware intallation and config such as PC, POS, NAS, WIFI and other system
- Assisting in warehouse maintenance and inventory.
- daily work summary report to management
Requirements: - Macau ID holder only
- Have a diploma or above in computer science or a related field
- 1 year or above of IT support experiences
- Familiar with windows and Mac operating system
- Good communication, problem solving understanding skills
- Holder of Safety Card
- Experience in server/network equipment maintenance is a plus
