| Position Requirement: |
Field Service Engineer Responsibilities: - Support the maintenance, software upgrades, installation and customer training of cash automation machines
- Gather machine information to monitor system performance
- Escalate technical issues and perform troubleshooting as advised
- Report to Line Manager for any system issues and feedback from customers
- Complete the assigned technical training for all machines (hardware, software, system included)
Requirement: - Macau ID cardholder only
- At least 1-year relevant experience; background with system support will be advantage
- Able to work at various customer sites (e.g. financial, gaming, retail, etc.)
- Self-disciplined and work with minimal supervision; a good team player
- Good command in MS Excel, PPT, Word
Working Hours: - Monday to Friday : 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM (including 1-hour lunch break)
