Trading Services Officer
The purpose of this role is to ensure that transactions are processed accurately and that transactions are passed without defects.
The job holder will process trade transactions, identify and resolve trade capture errors (including exception management), reconcile trade activity between system of record and any trade-related documentation, ensure all trade activity is confirmed and escalate any
issues relating to the trade transactions.
Job Requirements:
- University graduate in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline / relevant professional qualification.
- Sound knowledge of Trade Finance Operations.
- Positive, self-motivated with good communication skill, experience in customer services is preferable.
- Good command of in English, Chinese and Mandarin.
- Good knowledge on using MS Outlook / Excel / Words.
