| Position Requirement: |
Responsibilities : - Review tender documents, and assist in generating internal tender analysis reports
- Prepare tender submission, including taking off quantities, preparing Bills of Quantities and cost estimation
- Prepare and consolidate cost data for estimate
- Assist in preparation of both Commercial and Technical Submission as stipulated in tender documents
Requirements : - Degree / High diploma holder in Quantity Surveying / Building Studies or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience
- Proactive, well-organized, responsible and able to work under pressure.
- Well versed in MS Office applications and CostX software.
- Proficient in English, Cantonese and Putonghua, both written and spoken.
