該人士將加入澳門的銷售團隊。他/她將協助開發新的業務機會，確保合格的銷售預約並建立一個行業聯繫和影響者網絡，作為潛在客戶的來源，以滿足並超越客戶需求，實現或超越公司的增長目標。
您將如何做到這一點:-
- 探索屋宇裝備工程相關項目的新業務機會
- 與客戶保持良好關係，確保工作質量得以滿足
- 建立潛在客戶群，並確定客戶需求
- 通過商業區、區域、領域和商店聯繫直接支持重要客戶
- 與客戶保持良好關係，確保工作質量滿足客戶滿意度並達到約定的聲明、質量標準、銷售目標和業務目標
- 積極建立和管理自己的團隊/領導渠道
- 根據指示達到/超越個人目標，包括新潛在客戶/銷售線索數量、合格銷售線索數量，包括活動和數字營銷的重點區域
我們尋找什麼人士:-
所需條件
- 高級文憑或以上學歷，最好在電氣/機械/屋宇裝備工程或相關專業
- 至少5年的銷售經驗優先
- 具有更多經驗者將被考慮為銷售經理
首選
- 具有屋宇裝備工程/工程相關行業的經驗將會是一個優勢
- 自我激勵、勤奮和積極
- 良好的人際交往、演示和銷售技巧
- 良好的中英文口語和書寫能力
