Inside Sales Executive (Fresh Graduates welcome)

Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities and search for potential customers.
• Understand customer needs and requirements.
• Provide daily operation supports to Sales team including preparing and following up on quotations, invoices and other related task
• Support the sales team in daily order logistics
• Support Sales Manager in closing deals to meet individual/team quotas.
• Handle day-to-day customer and partner requests, including ICT products and solutions knowledge and proposal/quote creation.
• Assist in and actively support marketing activities such as seminars, events, roadshows, training and webinar.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Marketing/ Business/ Computer Science or related disciplines
• Aspiring to develop a career in sales/sales management within the ICT industry.
• Basic knowledge and interest in contemporary ICT products and solutions (e.g., deskside products, software, servers, storage, networking, ERP systems).
• 1-2 years of relevant experience is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
• Strategic problem-solving and presentation skills.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a commitment to achieving sales and GP targets.
• Tertiary education.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
