| Position Requirement: |
職責:
- 配合公司的推廣計劃，制定及策劃會員卡的等級、獎賞福利、服務及準則；
- 與客戶建立良好關係，關注客戶需求，以專業方式處理客戶的投訴和建議；
- 管理會員卡部員工的排班，確保有足夠人手和後備支援，以有效處理當值客戶的需要；
- 上傳下達公司的制度、政策及工作守則，確保會員卡部員工按照公司規章制度工作；
- 與各部門緊密合作，包括市場部、餐飲部、酒店部、客戶服務部，從而推廣完整的計劃給所有客戶；
- 推廣公司最新活動，有效傳達給會員；
- 協助值班經理收集客戶反饙和評價，分析有效性並提出改進措施；
- 上司所委派的任務及工作。
要求:
- 高中或以上學歷，具酒店管理或市場學相關領域文憑優先考慮；
- 擁有兩年以上會員卡/會所/前台服務經驗，當中不少於一年或以上管理級別經驗；
- 性格平易近人、抗壓能力強，具良好的溝通能力及善於交際；
- 良好廣東話及普通話，基本英語溝通；
- 精通辦公軟件；
- 需要輪班工作；
- 能力/經驗較高者會考慮為會員卡服務部經理。
